Find your problem below and follow its steps.
Play Protect blocks the install
Open the APK again.
Tap the downloaded file.
Tap More details.
On some phones it's More info or Show more.
Tap Install anyway.
Play Protect warns about every app that isn't from the Play Store, including fan apps. Only do this for the APK from our Download page.
"App not installed"
Download the APK again.
The download was probably cut off. Use Chrome or Samsung Internet, not the browser inside the Discord app.
Remove other copies of the game.
If a copy of the game from somewhere else is installed, uninstall it first. If it holds a Blazing Online account you want to keep, link Discord or write down your User ID and Transfer Code before you do.
On build 15 or older? Uninstall it first.
The signing key changed after build 15, so newer builds can't install over it. Link Discord or write down your transfer code first, see How to update the app.
Check your phone.
The app needs Android 8 or newer, running 64-bit Android. Phones running 32-bit Android can't install it.
Game data download is stuck or keeps restarting
Don't reinstall.
Reinstalling in the middle of the download only starts it over.
Close and reopen the game.
Waiting doesn't help when it's stuck at 99%. Close the game fully and open it again: it finishes the last files and carries on.
Keep it on screen.
Stay on Wi-Fi and keep the game open with the screen on. Switching apps or letting the screen turn off can restart the download.
Free up space.
Keep at least 500 MB free.
The game closes or shows a black screen
Update the app.
Make sure you have the newest build from the Download page.
Restart.
Close the game fully and open it again. If that doesn't help, restart your phone.
